Tokyo 24th Ward - S01

In the 24th Ward, a special district in Tokyo Bay, residents live securely under the Hazard Cast-a surveillance system that predicts accidents and swiftly aids victims. But while it warns of impending disasters, it can't stop them or reveal their exact details. Ran Akagi, Kouki Suidou, and Shuuta Aoi, a close-knit trio nicknamed "RGB" for their hair colors, learned this system's shortcomings the hard way when Kouki's sister Asami died in a high school fire. A year later, Shuuta still carries guilt for failing to save her, while Ran chases his dream of becoming a renowned street artist, and Kouki works for the Hazard Cast's intervention team. When the three reunite at a memorial for the fire's victims, each gets a strange call. To their shock, the voice on the line sounds like Asami. They're shown visions of the future and forced to choose between two bleak outcomes. Unwilling to accept fate, they confront the unsettling situation directly, setting off a chain of harsh choices they must face to safeguard the 24th Ward and its people.
