Karakuri Circus

Narumi Katou is a middle-aged man living with ZONAPHA Syndrome, a strange and rare condition that triggers violent seizures without warning. The only way to stop them is to witness someone laughing. During his part-time job, Narumi is suddenly approached by a boy named Masaru Saiga, who is running from three pursuers while carrying a massive suitcase. Masaru explains that he recently inherited Saiga Enterprises after his father’s death-but his relatives are now hunting him down, hoping to kill him and take the fortune for themselves.
