SHOSHIMIN: How to Become Ordinary - S01

First-year student Takahiko Urino dreams of writing something truly unique for his school’s newspaper, "Furnado Monthly". With encouragement from his girlfriend, Yuki Osanai-a seemingly ordinary second-year-Urino persuades the newspaper club to let him investigate an unusual story. A series of small fires has grown into a string of arson attacks, and he’s determined to predict where the next one will strike and unmask the arsonist. But his growing fixation on the case starts causing problems for the club, and Osanai isn’t thrilled with his rising arrogance. Meanwhile, Jougorou Kobato, another student who appears unremarkable, passes his days quietly with his girlfriend, Tokiko Nakamaru. But when he witnesses a fire connected to an old case-and to Osanai-he can’t resist falling back into his old, far-from-normal ways to uncover what’s really happening.
