X&Y - S01

After a late-night drinking session, Yan Yuechu and his coworker Hu Zhi take shelter from the rain in an unlikely place-the building that houses Xu Aiyou’s infamous escape game, XY. Despite its eerie reputation and the enigmatic owner, they decide to play. With just one hour to solve puzzles and navigate a maze of unsettling rooms, they manage to escape in time. Yet, fragments of what seem to be Xu Aiyou’s dark past, hidden within the game, linger in their minds-so vividly that new escape game scenarios begin invading their dreams. The next day, Yan Yuechu gets a warning letter telling him to avoid escape games. Xu Aiyou offers no clear answers, but that night, Yan Yuechu dreams he must solve a puzzle to escape his own bedroom. Or was it really a dream? As the line between reality and illusion blurs, Yan Yuechu must unravel the truth behind XY-or risk losing his grip on reality.
