The Rising of the Shield Hero - S05

Naofumi Iwatani sets out for the isolated eastern kingdom of Q'ten Lo, determined to shield Raphtalia from its assassins. Along the way, he and his companions stop in Siltvelt, a land founded by a past shield hero, where the people treat Naofumi like a deity and try to crown him as their ruler. Reluctant to take the throne, Naofumi wants to press onward-the next wave of monsters looms, and the world's survival hangs in the balance. But he can't avoid getting tangled in Siltvelt's political strife. After surviving an assassination plot, he decides to face the kingdom's leaders head-on. This time, he makes it clear: their ancient feuds and narrow ambitions mean nothing next to his mission to save the world.
