Made in Abyss: Dawn of the Deep Soul

After sharing the pain of a shared tragedy, Nanachi-worn down by hardship-joins Riko and Reg as they venture deeper into the Abyss. Their path leads them to the Sea of Corpses, the fifth layer of the Abyss and the last point from which explorers can return without losing their humanity. Blocking their way is the cruel and masked Bondrewd, whose twisted experiments make his laboratory a grim gateway to the Abyss's lower levels. He has no intention of letting Riko's group pass unchallenged. For Nanachi, his reappearance stirs up old wounds, forcing them to confront the trauma he inflicted in their past. The group's sole hope may lie with Prushka, a bold girl who calls herself Bondrewd's daughter. As Riko, Reg, and Nanachi befriend her, they work together to outmaneuver Bondrewd's schemes and push forward into the Abyss's sixth layer.
