Kuromukuro - S01
At the start of the 21st century, the United Nations Kurobe Research Institute was founded in Japan to examine an ancient artifact unearthed during the construction of the Kurobe Dam. Scientists from across the globe work at the facility, while their children lead ordinary lives as students at Mt. Tate International Senior High School. Yukina Shirahane, a quiet high school girl and the daughter of the institute's lead researcher, accidentally solves a piece of the artifact's mystery while visiting her mother. To her shock, she encounters Kennosuke Tokisada Ouma, a young samurai from the Sengoku period. When a threat from space emerges, Yukina and Kennosuke must join forces to protect Earth from the invaders. Through their struggle, Yukina uncovers the truth behind Kennosuke’s past and his unwavering resolve to keep her safe.
