In the distant future, humanity has spread across the stars, colonizing countless planets. To keep the peace, an agency called the Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs (GOTT) enforces order. Hidden within GOTT is the ES Unit, a team of enhanced humans who handle dangerous, classified missions. Among them are Éclair and Lumière, a pair of C-ranked operatives at the bottom of the hierarchy. Though overlooked, they’re far from weak-Éclair possesses incredible strength and a deadly lipstick whip, while Lumière can hack into any computer system. Together, they tackle whatever missions GOTT assigns them. But as they take on more jobs, they stumble upon a vast conspiracy that forces them to question everything-about themselves, their work, and even the galaxy itself.
