After the second Division Rap Battle ends, a surge of riots and crimes sweeps the country-strangely, those responsible have no memory of their actions or motives. The Party of Words suspects the Hypnosis Microphones are involved and starts hunting for the mastermind behind it all. The outbreaks hit hardest in the six divisions, pushing their leaders to act before things spiral further out of control. But when the unseen enemy escalates their attacks, threatening each territory with disaster, the rival leaders have no choice but to set aside their grudges and unite against the chaos.
