After winning the 63rd National Sensha-dou tournament, the girls of Ooarai Girls Academy saved their school from being shut down by the Ministry of Education. But their victory is short-lived-a ministry official claims the agreement wasn’t legally binding and insists the Ooarai school carrier must be scrapped. Faced with this unfair decision, the students and their families feel helpless, with no clear way to fight back. Their only chance now is a risky match against the All-Stars University Sensha-dou team, made up of the country’s top tankery talents. Though Ooarai is hopelessly outmatched and outnumbered, they refuse to back down. The battle to save their school begins once more.
