Dojoji Temple

"Based on an ancient legend, 'Dojoji Temple' follows a young priest who becomes the target of a woman's obsessive love. When he rejects her, her desperation grows until she transforms into a giant serpent. The priest takes refuge under the temple bell, but her burning passion leaves him no way out. This short film by Kihachiro Kawamoto blends stop motion and traditional animation techniques."
