A Wind Named Amnesia
Two years ago, an unexplained wind swept across the Earth without warning, stealing everyone's memories. People forgot their names, even how to speak-cars crashed, planes fell from the sky, and civilization collapsed in moments. A young man, lost and nameless, stumbles into a military testing facility where he meets Johnny, a boy who underwent experimental memory treatment and still remembers who he is. Johnny names the man Wataru and teaches him what he can before his weak body gives out. Determined to find others like himself, Wataru travels to San Francisco and meets Sophia, a silver-haired woman who avoids talking about her past. She tells him she’s heading to New York and agrees to join him on the journey. As they cross America, the two uncover the fate of the world and begin to understand what truly makes us human.
