Tottoi

Tottoi is amazed when he stumbles upon a small creature in a hidden cave. The elegance and spirit of wild animals stir something deep in those who still cherish nature. Sardinia is home to stunning beaches and secret caves, where a rare type of seal, nearly extinct, makes its home. After moving to the island, Tottoi, who loves exploring nature, spends his days visiting beaches and caves. One day, he finds a seal pup and its mother in a secluded cave. He’s charmed by the pup’s playful antics and the mother’s quiet strength. Tottoi grows close to the seals, but when careless adults discover his secret, they hatch a plan to capture the animals for an aquarium, claiming it’s for their protection. Now the seals’ freedom is at risk. Though it hurts Tottoi to part with them, he knows he must fight to keep them wild-and return them to the sea where they belong.
