The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya

On a chilly December morning, Kyon heads to school expecting another day of strange adventures with the SOS Brigade. But to his shock, nothing is as it should be: Haruhi Suzumiya and Itsuki Koizumi have vanished, Mikuru Asahina acts like she doesn’t know him, Yuki Nagato is just an ordinary girl, and Ryouko Asakura is back without explanation. Even for someone used to the bizarre, this unsettling shift leaves Kyon uneasy, and he resolves to figure out what’s going on. Now the only one who remembers how things used to be, Kyon must make a choice-stay in this quieter, more normal world he once claimed to want, or find a way to undo whatever happened and return to the chaotic but familiar life he knew.
