So Cute It Hurts!! - S01

Megumu and Mitsuru Kobayashi are twins attending separate schools-one all-girls, the other all-boys. Tired of being surrounded only by their own gender, they impulsively decide to swap places. At first, no one seems to notice the deception, but things get messy when romance enters the picture. After Megumu, disguised as her brother, shares a kiss with upperclassman Aoi Sanada during a heartfelt confession, Aoi-who already struggles with girls-starts questioning whether he might actually like boys. Meanwhile, Mitsuru, posing as his sister, catches the proud school queen Azusa Tokugawa in a rare moment of vulnerability, leaving her flustered in his (her) arms. Both pairs grow closer, but the twins’ secret remains hidden… and the longer it stays that way, the more complicated things become.
