So Cute It Hurts!!
Megumu and Mitsuru Kobayashi are twins who go to separate schools-one all-girls, the other all-boys. Tired of being stuck in single-gender environments, they decide to swap places for a while. At first, no one seems to notice, but things get messy when feelings start getting involved. After Megumu, disguised as her brother, shares a kiss with upperclassman Aoi Sanada following a heartfelt confession, Aoi-who already struggles with girls-starts wondering if he might actually like boys. Meanwhile, Mitsuru, posing as his sister, catches the school’s proud queen, Azusa Tokugawa, in a rare moment of weakness, leaving her flustered in his arms. Both pairs are getting closer, but the twins’ secret remains hidden... for now.
