SK8 the Infinity - S01

Reki Kyan is a high school student who lives for skateboarding. At night, he sneaks into "S," a secret underground race held in an abandoned mine where skaters take dangerous risks. After a brutal loss leaves his board wrecked and his arm broken, Reki can't skate at all. At work, he meets his new classmate, Langa Hasegawa-a half-Canadian, half-Japanese kid with no skateboarding skills but a pressing need for cash. When Reki’s boss sends them to "S," they end up in trouble and have to make a risky bet: Langa must compete in a race. But Reki doesn’t know that Langa has a hidden advantage-one that could turn the race upside down in a way no one sees coming.
