Over Drive

Mikoto Shinozaki is a socially awkward high school student whose messy appearance and lack of confidence make him an easy target for bullying. Yuki Fukuzawa, the most popular girl in class, thinks most of Mikoto's problems are his own fault-and to help him change, she invites him to join the school's bicycle club. Though Mikoto is drawn to Yuki and eager to accept, there's one problem: he doesn't know how to ride a bike. Unable to shake the idea of himself on a bicycle, Mikoto sneaks onto school grounds at night to teach himself. What starts as a clumsy attempt soon becomes a journey into the world of cycling-one that unexpectedly transforms his life in ways he never imagined.
