A long time ago, a mysterious threat known as the "Unknown" suddenly appeared. To combat it, the Evolutionary Railway Development Agency (ERDA) created the "Shinkalion," robots capable of transforming into bullet trains. Taisei Oonari, a second-year junior high school student, transfers to Shinkai Gakuen Middle School, hoping to uncover clues about his older sister, who vanished two years ago.
