Seven Cities Story: Arctic Front - S01

In 2099, Earth tilts off its axis and starts rotating at a 90-degree angle compared to its original equator. Three years of catastrophic disasters follow, wiping out nearly all of humanity-only two million colonists on the moon survive. Some return to rebuild, settling in seven new cities on the ravaged planet. But the remaining lunar colonists, wary of their old neighbors, launch a ring of satellites to blockade Earth, trapping the settlers below and cutting off their escape.
