Scum's Wish - S01

To the outside world, Hanabi Yasuraoka and Mugi Awaya seem like the ideal couple. But in truth, they're bound by the same quiet heartache-they're both in love with people they can't have. Hanabi has adored her childhood friend and neighbor, Narumi Kanai, for as long as she can remember, so she’s overjoyed when he becomes her new homeroom teacher. But her excitement fades when Narumi starts a relationship with the music teacher, Akane Minagawa, leaving Hanabi crushed. Meanwhile, Mugi has carried a torch for Akane ever since she tutored him in middle school. When he and Hanabi cross paths by chance, the two lonely souls grow closer. Desperate to fill the void, they agree to comfort each other-sharing physical intimacy as a stand-in for the love they truly crave.
