Seventeen-year-olds Mugi Awaya and Hanabi Yasuraoka look like the perfect couple-popular, well-matched, and happy together. But no one knows the truth behind their relationship. Both are secretly in love with someone else, and they’re only dating to ease their loneliness. Mugi pines for Akane Minagawa, a former tutor who’s now his teacher, while Hanabi longs for a family friend who’s also a teacher at their school.
