SANDA - S01
In a future where children are rare and treasured as Japan’s most precious resource, Christmas has faded into myth. At Daikoku Welfare Academy, a boarding school where students are educated, guarded, and watched, the idea of Santa Claus is nothing more than a forgotten fairy tale. But for adults, Santa is a very real threat-one that the Saint Nick Pursuit Unit stands ready to eliminate if he ever appears. Shiori Fuyumura, a student at Daikoku Welfare Academy, refuses to accept that her best friend, Ichie Ono, is truly dead after vanishing six months ago. One morning, she calls her class representative, Kazushige Sanda, only to ambush him. Fuyumura believes Sanda is the descendant of the legendary Santa Claus-the only one who can grant her wish to find Ono-and she’ll stop at nothing to awaken his hidden power.
