Nagi-Asu: A Lull in the Sea - S01
In ancient times, all humans lived under the sea. But some chose to leave the ocean behind and settle on the surface, losing their divine gift, the "Ena," which let them breathe underwater. Over the years, the divide between sea and surface people grew, though they still interacted. "Nagi no Asu kara" follows Hikari Sakishima, Manaka Mukaido, and their childhood friends Chisaki Hiradaira and Kaname Isaki as they leave the sea to attend school on the surface. There, they meet Tsumugu Kihara, a surface-dwelling student and fisherman with a deep love for the ocean. As Hikari and his friends navigate their new lives, they face the bitter resentment between sea and surface people, the turbulence in their own relationships, and a looming disaster that threatens everyone on land.
