Music Girl
On her way to her first day of high school, Eri Kumagai is mesmerized by a girl’s singing. The song is lovely, but the moment is ruined when the girl accidentally steps on a cat’s tail. Eri tries to forget about it-until that same girl bursts into her classroom late, clutching a cat, and announces that the name on the attendance sheet, "Chiharu Yuzuka," is fake and that her real name is Haru Chitose. To Eri’s annoyance, she can’t avoid Haru-they end up sharing a dorm room. Haru is a constant source of trouble, and when she invades Eri’s privacy by snooping through her laptop and uncovering her secret as an online composer, Eri is furious. Haru, however, is enchanted by Eri’s music and begs to sing with her. Eri refuses outright. Can these two ever find a way to get along?
