Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha - S01
Fuuka Reventon is a hotheaded young woman who scrapes by through constant brawls. After a brutal run-in with gangsters leaves her injured, she's rescued by Einhald Stratos, a renowned martial arts champion who takes her to the hospital. Impressed by Fuuka's raw ability, Einhald offers her a chance to train at Nakajima Gym, where she coaches. But Fuuka hesitates-the world of martial arts reminds her of Rinne Berlinetta, a former childhood friend. Once a fellow orphan with a warm heart, Rinne grew cold and ruthless after being adopted by a wealthy family and rising to fame as a fighter. Despite her reluctance, Fuuka eventually agrees to train under Einhald. Partly, it's out of desperation, but deep down, she wants to prove herself against Rinne and force her to confront the pain she's caused. Though Fuuka is still green, the gym’s fighters, including Einhald, believe in her potential and determination.
