In the near future, Kei and Ai are on the run for their lives. Ai is a young girl carrying a dangerous secret that could bring ruin to the world. Society is now filled with "Headmeters"-people with psychic abilities whose power levels appear on their foreheads during battle. Kei, once an experimental subject, struggles with a stagnant power level of 5, far below others who easily surpass him. Yet, in moments of desperation when Ai is in danger, his abilities surge beyond limits. Pursuing them is a mysterious figure with his own hidden agenda, aided by a dwarf-like man inside a robotic suit. After Ai is captured, Kei teams up with a former enemy-a "Headmeter" detective resembling Sherlock Holmes, who switched sides after witnessing Kei’s terrifying power unleashed through Ai. Together, they must rescue Ai and uncover the truth behind her secret. Who is she really, and what is the world-ending knowledge she holds?
