KochiKame: The Movie

Shinatora, a ruthless billionaire, fills Tokyo with hideous buildings that ruin the city’s landscape. A demolition expert named Benten has declared war on Shinatora’s empire, destroying these monstrous structures one by one. To counter the threat, the FBI dispatches bomb disposal specialist Lisa Hoshino and her robot partner, Dandy, to Japan for a security briefing. Reluctantly, local officer Ryotsu teams up with Lisa to protect the Kameari district. But why is Benten solely focused on Shinatora’s buildings? And where will he strike next? The Katsushika Police Station receives another ominous message-Benten’s next target is Shinatora World, a massive new amusement park. Lisa and Ryotsu rush to the scene, only to discover a Soviet-era rocket armed with a bomb capable of wiping out all of Katsushika. Now, it’s up to Ryotsu to find a way to stop the catastrophe.
