The story follows Oomiya Shinobu, a 15-year-old Japanese girl who appears ordinary but once spent time living with a host family in Great Britain. Even after returning home, she still fondly remembers her days abroad. One day, she receives an airmail letter from Alice, the daughter of her British host family, announcing her upcoming visit to Japan. The lighthearted comedy explores the lives of Shinobu, Alice, and their friends as they navigate the cultural quirks of both Japan and Britain.
