活撃／刀剣乱舞
In 1863, Izuminokami Kanesada and his partner, Horikawa Kunihiro, travel back in time to Edo to investigate warnings of an enemy invasion threatening their master. As living embodiments of Toshizou Hijikata’s legendary swords, their duty is to defend history from the Retrograde Army, which aims to rewrite it. Along the way, they rally other sword warriors to fight against this mysterious force during the turbulent Bakumatsu period. Yet their mission is far from simple. Amid the violence and treachery of an era deeply tied to their past, the two must face hard choices-with all they hold dear hanging in the balance.
