Hinako Note - S01

Hinako "Hina" Sakuragi grew up in rural Japan, but she struggles with social anxiety, often freezing up like a scarecrow when talking to strangers. Hoping to overcome her shyness, she dreams of joining the theater after being inspired by a play she saw on a school trip. She moves to Tokyo and enrolls at Fujiyama High School, eager to join its famous theater club-only to discover the club has been inactive for years. Stuck in Tokyo with no clear path forward, Hina finds herself at Hitotose Manor, where she meets her landlady, Chiaki Hagino. Seeing Hina’s passion for theater, Chiaki suggests she start her own troupe with the other residents of the manor. "Hinako Note" follows Hina as she adjusts to life in Tokyo, attends Fujiyama High, and learns about theater with the help of her new friends.
