Dragon Ball Z: Dead Zone
Piccolo is training alone on a desolate cliff when several unknown enemies ambush and overpower him. The same attackers then head to Mount Paozu to steal Gohan Son's "Dragon Ball." When they arrive, they easily defeat Gokuu Son's wife, Chi-Chi, and her father, Gyumao, before taking Gohan captive. Sensing trouble, Gokuu hurries back home, where he finds Chi-Chi injured on the ground. She tells him what happened. Determined to rescue his son, Gokuu goes to Kame House to borrow the Dragon Radar, hoping to track the Dragon Balls-and with them, the enemies who took Gohan.
