Detective Conan: Black Iron Submarine

The story unfolds near Hachijo-jima Island in Tokyo, where engineers from across the globe have gathered at "Pacific Buoy," an offshore facility designed to link security cameras operated by international police forces. A trial is being conducted for a new facial recognition-based technology. Meanwhile, Conan and the Detective Boys visit Hachijo-jima at Sonoko's invitation. They receive a call from Subaru Okiya, who reveals that a Europol agent in Germany was killed by Jin of the Black Organization. Uneasy, Conan infiltrates the facility and discovers that a female engineer has been abducted by the Black Organization. Worse, a USB drive she possessed-containing critical information-falls into their hands. At the same time, a dark presence looms over Ai Haibara...
