At the train station of death, a tainted soul is forced back into life against its will. Reborn as Makoto Kobayashi, a 14-year-old boy who took his own life, the soul has six months to uncover the boy’s greatest sin. Though reluctant to live as Makoto, the soul gradually starts to see the hidden depths of human emotions and behavior. "Colorful" examines broken families and suicide, peeling back the layers of everyday struggles people often hesitate to face.
