Strange creatures have overrun an island, driving the residents from their once-busy town. With no government funds to remove the monsters, Tajima buys the last remaining construction company and repurposes it for the job. Luckily, the brilliant Testuro Okino and his newly built robot, Bullbuster, arrive to help. But money is tight-can they pull it off and rescue the island?
