BLUE LOCK - S01

The Blue Lock project enters its next phase, narrowing the pool of candidates down to just 35 strikers. Only a handful of these players will earn the chance to compete in an upcoming exhibition match against Japan's current U-20 team. The stakes are high-victory means they'll replace the U-20 squad as the nation's representatives, but defeat will spell the end of Blue Lock entirely. Among those still in contention is Yoichi Isagi, who continues to grapple with his own potential. Things get even tougher when the six highest-ranked players are automatically named to the starting lineup, leaving the remaining 29 to fight for the few open spots. Each candidate must choose a partner from the top six to prove their worth in the selection process. But if this group of rival strikers hopes to topple the U-20 team, they'll need to find a way to mesh their clashing styles into a cohesive strategy.
