Astro Boy: The Brave In Space
Three episodes from the "Astro Boy" TV series were adapted into a theatrical release: "Robot Rocket" (episode 46),"Earth Defense Troops" (episode 56),and "The Last Day of Earth" (episode 71). Among them, "Earth Defense Troops" was the only one based on Osamu Tezuka's original story "Number 7," with its setting reworked for the "Astro Boy" series. For this film, the entire "Earth Defense Troops" episode and a portion of "The Last Day of Earth" were remastered in color for the theater version.
