In the future, a meteor strikes Earth, carrying a deadly virus called M34. The infection turns people into violent monsters, wiping out most of humanity. In response, government agencies form to combat the threat. Among them, NOA equips its soldiers with nanomachines that let them transform and fight the infected. But when the virus mutates and grows too powerful for NOA to stop, the world's survival falls to a 16-year-old girl-the only one with the power to defeat it.
