Kosuke Fujishima, the creator of "Ah! My Goddess," returns with the second season of "You're Under Arrest." The series follows two policewomen-the kind-hearted Miyuki and the fiery Natsumi-as they work together in Bokuto Station's traffic division. Joining them are other familiar faces: Kenichi, a motorcycle cop who has feelings for Miyuki; Yoriko, always eager to share the latest gossip; and Aoi, a cross-dressing officer. Together, they handle petty criminals and eccentric troublemakers. Think you can find a more entertaining police station?
