Wasteful Days of High School Girls - S01

On her way to the entrance ceremony at Sainotama Girls' High School, Akane Kikuchi reflects on her childhood dream of becoming a manga artist and how little she’s done to make it happen. When she arrives, she’s startled to find herself in the same class as her two best friends again-the expressionless Shiori Saginomiya and the wild, over-the-top Nozomu Tanaka. Tanaka suddenly realizes her own grade school dream of being popular with boys and landing a boyfriend is impossible now that they’re at an all-girls school. Frantically, she starts begging her classmates to introduce her to their guy friends. But these girls are far from normal. From a loli obsessed with grandmothers to a delusional chuunibyou shut-in and an obsessive overthinker, Tanaka gives each one a nickname to highlight their quirks. And so their pointless high school days unfold, always starting with the same question: "Hey, wanna hear something amazing?"
