Vinland Saga - S01
ヴィンランド・サガ SEASON2
After his father dies and English raiders destroy his village, Einar hopes to live a quiet life with his family on their rebuilt farm. But when Danish invaders attack again, he witnesses his home burning and his family being killed. Taken as a slave to Denmark, Einar holds onto his mother’s last words to keep going. He is bought by Ketil, a gentle slave owner who offers him a chance at freedom in exchange for farm work. There, Einar meets Thorfinn, a broken and withdrawn fellow slave. As they labor side by side for their freedom, both are weighed down by past regrets and present schemes. Still, they push forward, searching for hope, redemption, and some semblance of peace in a harsh and merciless world.
