Transformers: Super-God Masterforce

Transformers: Super-God Masterforce aired in Japan from 1988 to 1989, following the events of Transformers: Headmasters. The story follows Metalhawk and his small group of Autobots as they defend Earth from the enigmatic Devil Z and his Decepticon army. Unlike earlier series, humans take on major roles here, including the Decepticon duo Giga and Mega, the Autobots' Junior Headmasters, and the unwilling recruit Ginrai. Among fans, Masterforce is often regarded as one of the best entries in the franchise, second only to Transformers: Victory.
