The Troubled Life of Miss Kotoura - S01

Since she was a child, Haruka Kotoura has been treated like an outcast because of her unsettling ability to read minds. This power even drove her parents away, leaving her in the care of her grandfather. After years of rejection, she has grown distant and closed off, expecting nothing but hostility from others. But when she transfers to a new school, something unexpected happens. While most classmates still avoid her, she meets Yoshihisa Manabe, who is fascinated rather than frightened by her ability. He befriends her and promises to stay by her side no matter what. For the first time, Haruka begins to experience real connections-making friends and slowly learning to trust others again.
