The Three Musketeers: Adventure of Aramis
Aramis was thrown from her horse and rescued by a man named Francois. The two fell in love instantly and shared a brief, happy time together. When Francois was murdered by Manson and the Ironmask's men, Aramis vowed revenge and left for Paris to become a musketeer. A year after the events of the TV series, D'Artagnan was drinking with the three musketeers when they saw Jussac and the Cardinal's Guards harassing a woman in a Paris tavern. They fought and defeated the guards. Later, on his way home, D'Artagnan spotted the same woman about to jump into the river and saved her once more. He took her to his home, but she vanished soon after. The next day, D'Artagnan learned the woman had been killed the previous night-and Rochefort and the Cardinal's guards arrested him for the murder, as his hat was found near her body. Aramis uncovers a connection between the incident and Catherine de Médicis, prompting her to investigate. Her search leads her back to the castle of her lost love, where she must confront Pizzaro to secure a dangerous document.
