Since she was little, Kurumi Mirai has dreamed of becoming a magician. Determined to make it happen, she spent her childhood training to enter the famous Rettoran Academy of Magic. Despite acing the entrance exam, her hopes are shattered when she isn’t selected for the elite magic class. Instead, Kurumi is placed in the standard class, where she quickly bonds with her roommate, Maki Kumiiru, and Yuzu Edel, another student disappointed with her placement. Their homeroom teacher, Minami Suzuki, shocks them all by vowing to teach them magic regardless. At first doubtful, the girls begin to see this as their opportunity to chase their dreams-and maybe, just maybe, become great magicians after all.
