The Legendary Hero Is Dead! - S01

When the Gates of Hell reopen, demons pour into the world, spreading chaos and terror. For Touka Scott, an oddball villager, these events feel distant-until a demon attacks his childhood friend, Yuna Eunice. Just in time, the famed hero Sion Blandan arrives to slay the monster, only to meet an untimely end when he stumbles into one of Touka’s makeshift traps meant to protect his radish farm. Anri Haysworth, Sion’s necromancer companion, revives the hero by transferring Touka’s soul into Sion’s lifeless body. Now trapped in the legendary warrior’s form, Touka must take up Sion’s unfinished mission: resealing the Gates of Hell and stopping the demonic threat. With Yuna and Anri by his side, he struggles to adjust to his new existence while living up to the legacy of the hero whose body he now inhabits.
