The Legend of Stars - S01

Hikari is a schoolgirl with big dreams-she wants to be a rhythmic gymnastics champion, just like her idol, Diliana Gueorguiva. Though she struggles at first, her determination and the support of Takaaki Oiishi, her school's top male gymnast, help her earn a spot on the rhythmic gymnastics team. As she grows closer to Oiishi, she realizes she has feelings for him, but she isn't alone-Hazuki Shiina, the school's best gymnast, also has her sights set on him. Despite their budding friendship, Hikari and Shiina find themselves competing not just in gymnastics but for Oiishi's affection. Meanwhile, Hikari is caught between her feelings for Oiishi and her complicated emotions for Mao Natsukawa, her childhood friend and the lead singer of the band Mr. D. Mao, who writes the music for her routines, has secretly loved her for years, adding another layer to her already tangled heart.
