Kaede Komura has fallen for his classmate, Ai Mie. Though they’ve sat next to each other for three days, they’ve barely spoken. Even so, Komura is smitten with the absent-minded, bespectacled girl, daydreaming about the moment she might finally notice him. One day, he realizes Mie isn’t wearing her glasses. When he asks, she admits she forgot them-something that happens often. Seeing her struggle, Komura steps in to help. As he assists her day after day, the excuses she gives for losing her glasses start to change, hinting at something more than forgetfulness.
