Tales of Phantasia: The Animation - S01

When Cless Alvein, a young swordsman, and Chester Barklight, a skilled archer, return to their home village of Totus, they find it destroyed by the mysterious Black Knight. This villain seeks the power of the Demon King Dhaos-sealed long ago by Cless' ancestors and a cleric named Mint Adnade-to conquer the world. But Dhaos' return could bring ruin not just to the Black Knight, but to all existence. To stop him, Cless and Mint must travel a hundred years into the past to gather allies strong enough to defeat Dhaos permanently. In "Tales of Phantasia The Animation," Cless and Mint journey back in time, where they meet Arche Klaine, a half-elf sorceress, and Klarth F. Lester, a summoner. Together, they fight to overcome Dhaos and his forces, hoping to save both the past and the future from destruction.
