Christopher "Chris" Senshuu is a laid-back guy in his mid-twenties who still hasn’t passed his college entrance exams. He spends his days practicing Kendo, helping at his family’s shrine, and daydreaming about his high school reunion. But everything changes when his spirit is pulled into the world of Byston Well, where he becomes Garzey’s Wing, a legendary holy warrior. The Metomeus tribe summoned him to free them from slavery, but Chris has no idea how to be a warrior-and worse, the only weapon he has is a dull sword he took from a dead body. Things get even stranger when Chris realizes there’s another version of him still back in the normal world. While that Chris can’t control what happens in Byston Well, their fates are linked. Now, the young man must navigate a strange land full of magic, bizarre creatures, and mysterious outsiders, fighting to survive and find his place in this unfamiliar world.
